Workspace and team
Dashboard
See what your agent handled, how your cases and leads are moving, and what's left to set up, all on one page.
The dashboard is the home page of your workspace. It shows what your agent has been doing, how your team's cases and leads are moving, and what's still left to set up. Open it any time from Dashboard in the sidebar.
Everything on the dashboard is for the workspace you're in. It updates from your real conversations, so a brand-new workspace starts empty and fills in as customers message you.
Pick a reporting period
The figures and charts cover the period you choose at the top of the page:
- Today
- Last 7 days (the default)
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Custom, to pick your own start and end dates in a calendar, then click Show report
Each figure is compared with the period of the same length just before it, so you can see whether things are going up or down. For example, on Last 7 days, each tile shows the change against the 7 days before that.
The chosen period and tab are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark a view or share the link with a teammate.
The three tabs
The dashboard has three tabs: Agent, Cases and Leads.
Agent
The Agent tab is about your AI agent and the workspace it runs in.
At the top, four tiles give a quick snapshot. Click any of them to jump to that page:
- Connected channels, out of the platforms available
- Knowledge sources, and how many are trained and answering
- Actions enabled, out of all the actions you've configured
- Knowledge stored, against the storage your plan includes
Below that, the Activity section sums up the period in one sentence: how many replies your agent sent, how many conversations it resolved, and how many it handed to your team. A day-by-day chart shows Received messages, Agent replies and Cases opened. Click a series in the legend to show or hide it.
The activity tiles show:
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Messages received | Messages customers sent you |
| Agent replies | Replies your agent sent |
| Conversations opened | New conversations that started |
| Tool executions | Times your agent used one of its actions |
| Leads captured | New leads collected |
| Resolved by your agent | Conversations your agent finished on its own |
| Handed to a person | Conversations passed to your team |
Three breakdowns follow:
- Conversations by state: where the conversations opened in this period stand today. They're either Agent replying, With your team or Closed.
- Conversations by assignee: who owns them. Threads your agent handled alone show as Unassigned.
- Executions by tool: which actions your agent used most, and how many of those runs failed.
At the bottom, Get your agent live lists three setup steps: Connect a channel, Add what your business knows and Review what your agent can do. Each one is marked Done, Next or To do, with a button that takes you to the right page. The Your agent card links to AI settings, where your agent's name, tone and instructions live.
Cases
The Cases tab reports on cases, the customer work that carries on after a chat ends.
- Tiles for Cases opened, Cases resolved, Open now and Median time to resolve
- Cases over time: cases opened and resolved each day
- Cases by state, Cases by priority and Cases by source (opened by your agent with the Create case action, or by your team)
- Cases by assignee: what each teammate holds now, and what they opened and resolved in the period
Leads
The Leads tab reports on your leads.
- Tiles for New leads, Leads won, Open pipeline and Overdue follow-ups
- Leads over time: leads captured and won each day
- Leads by stage: how many are New, Contacted, Qualified, Won or Lost
- Leads by assignee: each teammate's open pipeline, overdue follow-ups, and the leads they gained, won and lost in the period
The AI replies meter
The sidebar also shows an AI replies meter on every page. It shows how many replies your organisation has used this billing period out of your plan's allowance, and when it renews. See Usage for the full picture.
FAQ
Why is my dashboard empty?
The activity report only fills in once customers start messaging you on a connected channel. If nothing has arrived yet, you'll see No activity yet and a Connect a channel button. If you have channels but chose a quiet period, try a wider one.
Do teammates who left still appear?
Yes. Work owned by someone who has been removed from the team shows as A former teammate, so your history still adds up.
